Energy Reset
$145 - 1 hour
Energy Reset is a modality that utilises techniques from Progressive Kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sacred Geometry and Crystal Healing. It is a modality that involves powerful intention setting supported by the energy healers of sound, colour, Sacred geometry and the Platonic solids, symbols, crystals and energy point stimulation techniques.
Energy Reset specialises in resetting the energetic body, your aura, and in doing so allows for a revitalisation, done with intention and purpose.
A treatment has three stages: Release, Reset, Restart.
Release - You will be guided to discover and identify any areas that are draining energy from your life. We will then write them down and symbolically burn them so to release. We will then take some time to identify goals and intentions for moving forward, finding a symbol to represent these ideas and carry the frequency of your intention.
Reset - Lying comfortably on a massage table, holding harmoniser rods, with crystals on your body, you can fully relax while I complete the energy reset process. This involves each meridian, chakra and aura layer being reset to the new frequency to support your intention.
Restart - You will receive aftercare advice to keep your vibration aligned with your intention.
