Nina Thomson

Hello and welcome — I’m Nina, founder of Flourish From Within. I’m a Kinesiologist, Energy Reset practitioner, and Reiki Master, and I support people to come back into balance across the emotional, energetic, nutritional, and structural layers of wellbeing.

Before stepping fully into this work, I began my career through a love of gemstones, training as a Gemmologist specialising in Diamond Technology. Over time, my curiosity about energy, the nervous system, and the connection between body, mind, and spirit grew into something deeper — a calling to support others in a whole-person way.

My approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply personalised. I hold the understanding that the body has an innate capacity to heal when given the right conditions — and that support doesn’t need to be forceful to be powerful. Each session is guided by what your system is showing, with practical integration that meets your real life.

At the heart of my work is a passion for supporting people through the tender places — childhood wounds, grief, and the patterns that form when the nervous system has had to protect itself for a long time. I’m especially drawn to helping clients gently release fears and phobias, so life can feel a little lighter, safer, and more spacious again — from the inside out.

Alongside kinesiology, I offer Energy Reset and Reiki as supportive modalities to help you release what’s heavy, realign what feels out of rhythm, and reconnect with a steadier inner baseline. I feel truly honoured to hold this work — both in person and through distant sessions with clients locally and worldwide.
